13 students from ITU & METU successfully finished their short term summer program ar the University of Tokyo Engineering Department.
During the program, they participated in lectures on resilience engineering and visited some Japanese companies for internship.
In their first day, same as last 2 years, Japanese Language & Culture course was also taken place followed by tea ceremony and reception.
Not only new participants, there were also an alumnus of this program who has visited UTokyo last summer and he now studies his master course here in UTokyo.
Additionally, some METU students had already took part in our D-learning class.
It was nice to seeing that our program getting enhanced the range of exchange activities.
The program ended with special lecture by Cynthia Pederson of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, became a very fulfilling event.
At the same time, 7 students from ITU, METU and BU currently visiting Tokyo Institute of Technology. They are rather focus on individual reserch work and performiing joint project in each lab with host supervisors and Tokyo Tech students in 1-2 month(s).
